Sha Latif is an excellent example of line breeding. Both of her sire lines trace back to *Morafic and both of her dam lines trace back to Ansata Ibn Halima. This was a wonderful blending of the Saklawi and Dahman strains.
Sha's tail female line descended from Bint Bint Sabbah through Habba.

Some of her best features that she passed on to her foals were a well balanced body, long neck and large jowls, (even though she didn't display them in her phenotype) large flaring nostrils and great flowing movement driving from the rear end and an abundance of presence.

Unfortunately, Sha passed away in November 2008. She produced 5 fillies and no colts. We have the only three remaining daughters by, Ansata Hejazi, Ansata Malik Shah, and Al Adeed Al Shaqab.
She lives forever in our hearts and in her offspring. We will always remember her as the Queen she was.

Antara  Shalima was the result of a "golden cross" between Ansata Hejazi and Sha Latif, unfortunately this cross was never repeated because Ansata Hejazi was sold out of the U.S. shortly after this breeding took place.

Shalima is a very refined and absolutely breathtaking mare with one of the most exotic heads you will ever see. She has a powerful body both front and rear and at the same time is very feminine and very well balanced.
Judi Forbis chose the following poem for Shalima in her Authentic Arabian Bloodstock II book on page 403.

Then to the perfect horse He spake:
                            "Fortune to thee I bring,
Fortune, as long as rolls the earth
                             Shall to thy forelock cling."
                                         B. Taylor from the Arabic

We are honored to be the caretakers and guardians of such a beautiful creature. May god go with her and protect her as she embarks on her breeding career.

Ansata Nile Genie was our first egyptian.  He is a full brother to Ansata Blue Nile, who was a top show winner.

He represents the Nile family, and exhibits the Dahman strain.

Due to injuries Nile's show career was shortened.

Sabriyah is a very charismatic mare and is heavily linebred to    Ansata Halim Shah on the top of her pedigree.

She has a classic well shaped head of medium length, well set and well shaped ears and a nice long neck. She is a tall and scopey       mare with very bold ground covering movement.

She is going to make a wonderful broodmare and we are looking forward to her breeding career.

Antara Bint Sha Latif is by the Multi Champion stallion Al Adeed Al Shaqab. Bint Sha is the perfect result of crossing the Dahman and Hadban strain, which is known for blending. Al Adeed took Sha Latif's best features and made them better.

Bint Sha was named appropriately in honor of her dam, and at the time we named her we didn't have any idea she would be Sha's last foal.

Bint Sha is a very tall elegant filly with a straight level topline, her head is very pretty with a long dishy foreface, large jowls and beautiful ears. She is a strong bold mover with a ton of presence and has that Ansata Halim Shah look about her.

We are very excited about this filly and are looking forward to watching her develop as a show and broodmare.
